Full Replacement Warranty

When you invest in a complete roof replacement with ALFE Roofing, you receive our strongest warranty protection.

10 Years

ALFE Workmanship Warranty

If it's our install, we fix it — at no charge — for ten full years from completion. Our labor, our responsibility.

35 Years

Metal Finish Warranty (Drexel Metals)

Standing-seam metal is backed by Drexel Metals: a 35-year non-prorated PVDF finish warranty on painted Galvalume® and aluminium panels, with no depreciation schedule. Optional Weather-Tightness and coastal coverage are available on request.

Lifetime

Shingle Material Warranty (GAF)

GAF asphalt shingles carry a Lifetime Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, transferable to subsequent homeowners.

GAF Material Warranty Details

ALFE Roofing installs GAF roofing systems. GAF shingles carry the manufacturer's Shingle & Accessory Limited Warranty, which covers the materials themselves. Key terms:

  • Covers the GAF shingles and qualifying GAF accessories against manufacturing defects
  • Lifetime limited coverage on qualifying shingles, non-prorated for the first 10 years
  • Transferable once to subsequent homeowners within the warranty term
  • Material claims are handled directly through GAF; labor is covered by our own 10-year workmanship warranty
  • No registration required, and it applies as long as the system is installed to GAF specification

Repair & Maintenance Warranty

Repair and maintenance jobs carry a 1-year workmanship warranty on all work performed. If the repaired area fails within 12 months due to our workmanship, we return and fix it at no charge.

Exclusions: damage caused by subsequent storms, hail, falling debris, improper owner modifications, or pre-existing structural conditions not addressed in the original scope of work.
